A multi-screen interactive installation for Riyadh Season, designed to showcase key locations and events across the city. The setup featured three large screens:

  • The center screen displayed a dynamic human figure surrounded by interactive icons.

  • Players could spin a custom Arduino-powered controller with LED feedback to rotate and select a location.

  • The side screens continuously scrolled posters for events linked to the selected destination.

The brief was to create a visually striking centerpiece for the Riyadh Season experience — something modern, intuitive, and tied directly to visitor curiosity and event discovery. It needed to run smoothly, be visually synchronized across multiple displays, and invite interaction without the need for touchscreens.

I designed and developed the app to run across three synchronized displays, with a clean UI built in Unity. The input method used a custom-built Arduino spinner that users physically rotated to cycle through icons. I connected the spinner to Unity via serial communication and synchronized the LED ring to match UI interactions. The side screens updated live based on the selected Riyadh Season location.

A sleek, futuristic installation that encouraged exploration and discovery of Riyadh’s top event venues like BLVD World and Kingdom Arena. The combination of LED-lit physical input, real-time interaction, and multi-screen storytelling delivered a high-impact experience. Despite limited space and vertical video for documentation, it remains one of my most technically interesting builds.
