A jet ski racing experience built for Visit Saudi at WTM London 2024, showcasing the beauty and energy of the Red Sea. Developed in Unreal Engine, players raced through a vibrant coastal environment using real, Arduino-powered jet ski controllers. The game featured a live scoreboard, leaderboard, and backend database for session tracking.

Red Sea Ride Activation Brief
I developed the game in Unreal Engine for its visual fidelity and smooth performance. We integrated custom physical controllers using Arduino boards to simulate real jet ski handles.
I built a leaderboard and scoreboard system, connected to a backend database that logged race times and player info. The setup was fine-tuned for responsiveness and real-world hardware syncing.


A standout attraction at WTM London, the jet ski game delivered an engaging, physically interactive racing experience that highlighted the Red Sea in a unique way.
With custom controls, real-time feedback, and backend integration, it merged physical hardware with digital gameplay to leave a lasting impression on visitors.
